If your purchase offer is approved but you fall ill, you are still committed to closing the deal. In these unfortunate situations, we aim to postpone the deal to a later date or close the deal on the agreed date using a power of attorney.

If the construction of a new home is delayed, you have the right to receive compensation in certain situations. If the delay is significant, you have the right to cancel the transaction in certain situations.
